Welcome to Fructose Free Mom
As an avid cook, baker and recipe enthusiast, I have a huge collection of recipes. My goal is to make my favorite recipes work with my son’s diet. My son TQ was diagnosed with fructose malabsorption, lactose intolerance and number of food allergies a few years ago. At first it was a shock and difficult to navigate. But, with every passing day I learn something new and I’m happy to report that TQ’s health has been great lately!
So, most of my recipes are gluten free, lactose free (or I use lactose free cheese/milk) and FODMAP friendly. Each recipe is healthy – or at the very least has healthful ingredients 🙂 I use little tricks that I’ve learned along the way, and of course, I’m still learning. Most of these recipes are TQ approved – some are even MK approved! MK, my daughter, is my uber picky eater – if I can make a recipe that she eats then I’m sure your whole family will love it! She’s actually my toughest challenge! Thanks again for visiting and I hope we can learn and share new ideas together.
